Information Regarding Prescriptions
If you need a routine prescription refill, please have your pharmacy request
your medication(s) refill via fax (407) 654-4937. Refer to the phone prompts
listed to the side if you are having difficulties with your current
medication(s), are taking a medication that cannot be phoned in or
wish to have your prescription filled in our office.
Please request before your run out, as it can take anywhere from
24 to 72 hours to obtain your doctors approval.
